Dental Extraction

Dental Extraction is the removal of teeth from the jaw. Although permanent teeth are meant to last a lifetime, there are a number of reasons why tooth extraction may be needed. A very common reason involves a tooth that is too badly damaged from trauma, decay, gum disease or tooth infection.  Another reason for tooth extraction might be if the patient is undergoing Orthodontic treatment and needs certain teeth extracted due to crowding or as part of the Orthodontic treatment plan.
